Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all products and components (“Products”) sold by
AC Art LED Mirrors. This Warranty may be updated periodically, and the applicable version for
any specific product will be provided upon request.
If any Product purchased by the original buyer is found to have defects in materials or
workmanship that impair its functionality, and if such defects are reported in writing within the
Warranty period, AC Art and Mirrors will, at its discretion, take one of the following actions:
1. Provide new or refurbished parts to the purchaser,
2. Repair the Product with new or refurbished parts on-site or at its manufacturing facility,
3. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or
4. Refund a pro-rated portion of the Product’s purchase price, based on the remaining
Warranty period.
Warranty Period and Extensions
The Warranty period begins on the date of shipment. Replacement of parts or Products under
Warranty does not extend the original Warranty period.
Repair or Replacement Value
Warranty periods offer full replacement value at the start and reduce to 50% replacement value at
the end of the Warranty period.
Inspection
AC Art and Mirrors reserves the right to inspect all returned Products to determine, at its sole
discretion, whether they qualify as defective and are covered under this Warranty.
Claims Procedure
To make a Warranty claim, contact AC Art and Mirrors using the information on our website at
www.artforhotel.com or through your AC Art and Mirrors sales representative. After receiving a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions, the Product must be
promptly returned at the customer’s expense to AC Art and Mirrors.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Cost Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover removal, installation, or freight costs of
Products.
2. Transferability: This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the AC Art and
Mirrors Product.
3. Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear, slight black edging, and slight de-silvering are
not covered by this Warranty.
4. Corrosion from Frames: Corrosion or de-silvering along mirror edges caused by
moisture between the frame and mirror is not covered.
5. Post-Installation Scratches: Scratches on decorative or structural frames that occur after
installation are not covered.
6. Defogger Compatibility: AC Art and Mirrors does not warrant mirrors that include a
cutout(s) with a defogger.
7. Frame Reflection Marks: Blemishes, marks, or light reflections visible behind frames
are not covered.
8. Electronic Component Compatibility: AC Art and Mirrors does not guarantee that
electronic components will be compatible with future technology standards or offer
reverse compatibility.
9. Third-Party Software and Data: Third-party software or data used with any Product
component is not warranted and is used at the buyer’s own risk.
10. Connectivity and Software Functionality: AC Art and Mirrors does not warrant
uninterrupted or error-free operation of software or internet connectivity.
11. Third-Party Integration: There is no warranty for compatibility with other software,
third-party applications, or devices.
12. Tolerance of Mirrors: Mirrors are warranted to be within 1/4” tolerance. If stored before
installation, mirrors must be kept indoors at 45–85°F to maintain Warranty. Installation
by a qualified electrician is required for Warranty validity.
13. Abnormal Conditions: Abnormal conditions, such as excessive temperature, high
humidity, under/over voltage, excessive switching cycles, or poor grounding, void the
Warranty.
14. Damage or Abuse: The Warranty is void if the Product is damaged in transit, or if
damage is due to misuse, faulty installation, failure to follow installation or care
instructions, improper maintenance, or accidents.
15. Cleaning Requirements: Warranty for mirror glass is void if corrosive or ammonia-
based cleaning products are used or if the edges or back of the mirror are not kept dry.
16. Measurement Errors: The Warranty does not cover incorrect field measurements.
17. Lighting Output: Light leaks, night light lumen output, and general lighting output are
not covered under this Warranty.
